Shipping policy

Domestic shipping is done via a carrier of our choice. Most commonly usps or ups. Our processing time is typically 3-10 business days. The time it takes for the carrier to get the package to you typically is under 5 business days. Hanafooda is not responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen packages. 

International: We are not responsible for any delays or tariffs imposed by customs.

Materials: We pride ourselves on remaining as eco-friendly as possible. We use choose paper envelopes and mailers over plastic when possible. When we do have plastic shipping materials, we choose recyclable or reusable products.
