Return Policy:

All sales are final. No refunds, returns, or exchanges. 

Defective + Damaged Merchandise:

Replacement items are available upon request, at the disclosure of Oscar Winston LLC. Please contact us via email if your item is damaged or defective within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number and photos of the item with the initial email to expedite the process. If a replacement is requested, you may not file a damaged item claim with the shipping carrier. 

Digital Downloads & Printables:

All digital download and printable purchases are final. No refunds or replacement items will be issued for these products.
